Q: I registered and tried to make the payment online using your shopping cart, but
the payment was unsuccessful. Now I am trying to reregister and make the payment,
but I am not able to use the same username and password?
A: Please note that you will not be able to reregister using the username you used
earlier. You can try registering using a username with just a minor difference from
the earlier one, for easy rememberance. The system is set as such to avoid duplication
of username usage by multiple candidates and for international security reasons.
Please note that only the Username has to be unique and different. You can use the
same password as used earlier.
Also note that your registration was successful earlier only your payment was not
successful. Hence, our online study department can activate your account taking
into consideration your first username and password. In order to request for your
first registered username kindly send a request mail to email@example.com for the same.
They will do the needful.
