Q: I have completed LSSGB training/project in my company/other training institute. I wish to take LSSBB directly from your institute. Can I do so?

A: You can do so, but however you need to send us a copy of your LSSGB certificate/project in order to justify your statement.

Q: How to earn online Lean Six sigma GreenBelt certificate?

A: To earn the Lean Six sigma GreenBelt certificate, the participant, should log-in minimum 40 hours of study and pass the final GreenBelt exam, which demonstrates the knowledge gained as the basis for awarding the certificate.

Q: Do I need a project to complete the six sigma course?

A: We strongly recommend that you should take a real-world project to work on during Six Sigma training. Project selection, execution and management are a major focus of the training for Greenbelt and the course will be much more useful to you if you are working on a real time project. However, working on a Greenbelt project simultaneously is not mandatory. Participants can submit a project after theoretically certified as Greenbelts within 3-6 months of certification.

Q: Can I take your online Lean Six Sigma course without completing? Is there any dependency between Lean Six Sigma course?

A: Yes. If you take Six Sigma course before becoming PMP, you will get only Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certificate. No PDUs will be awarded. If you take 6sigma course after becoming PMP, you will get both Greenbelt cert. and 40 PDUs cert. PMPs have to earn 60 PDUs in 3 years time to retain PMP status.

Q: Can I know what is the exact process of getting the “LSSGB" certification after completing the IIPM course on Lean Six sigma?

A: Every Participant who attends the training session sincerely completes the training and passes to test on the final day of the course, will receive a Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt certificate. Lean GreenBelt project completion cert is awarded after you submit a GB project report as per the sample project given with some demonstrated improvement in the process chosen.

Q: Who issues the LSSGB/LSSBB certificate?

A: IIPM issues SSGB certificate for all those candidates who pass the SSGB exam mostly based on course curriculum of International standards/bodies such as ASQ® and the exam is based on the proven testing methods from the DMAIC process areas.

Q: Do I become LSSGB/LSSBB certified only after successful project completion?

A: No, you can become a LSSGB/LSSBB certified person at the end of the course itself. You will receive the relevant certificate then. Your project completion certificate is just an additional certificate.

Q: Actually I completed my PMP recently and was just wondering if Six Sigma GREEN BELT will add any value it?

A: Yes, this course would add value to your project management career. This course is one of the most preferred courses by the Project Management Professionals after their PMP Certification. Through this course, you earn 40 PDUs which can be used towards PMP certification renewal with PMI.
