Q: When do I get my PDU certificate for the Lean Six Sigma course? Do I need to complete a project to obtain the PDU certificate or will I get, if I complete the required study hours online?

A: No, project is not mandatory to obtain the PDUs certificate. In order to claim the PDUs certificate, you need to study minimum 40hours online. Once you complete the required hours of online study, you would become eligible to claim the PDU’s certificate.

Please note that, there is a final test which is already infitted in the online study account. You need to pass / successfully complete the final test online, to get the Lean Six Sigma GREEN BELT /  Lean Six Sigma GREEN BELT Certification.

Also please note that, project is not mandatory for the course completion, as mentioned earlier. However, if you wish to do any of the green belt projects, we would provide three months project guidance / support. On the successful completion of the project, we would issue a separate project completion certificate.

Q: What type of online payment methods do you accept?

Q: I am getting an RBI error message stating that you cannot make the payment using an Indian Credit Card. How do I register & pay?

A: You need to choose the option of Credit/Debit card (INR) in the page where you’re shipping & billing address details is asked for. By default the credit card (USD) will be checked by the system. You need to change that. Please ensure that:
* The INR CC Payment gateway option is selected, in case of the credit card being issued by banks inside India.
* The USD CC Payment gateway option is selected, in case of credit card being issued by banks outside India (Other countries).
